29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):     Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket:    a) On or about 2/15/13 at the Avant Building located at 200 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York; an employee was using a JLG Jib Plus aerial lift to access the roof. The employee exited the basket to perform work while still tied-off to the retractable lanyard attached to the basket.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
