29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i):     The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:    a/ Rocn Rose II, LLC. DBA Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory/Elizabeth NJ Site - Retail Area: Employees were not required to use personal protective equipment such as oven mitts, heat resistant apron, safety glasses, etc. to protect them from high temperatures while making caramel mix. Equipment including, but not limited to:    1/ Savage electric stove, serial # 381 - Cooking temperature ranges anywhere from 220 - 300� Fahrenheit.       Condition observed on/or about 2/26/13.
