29 CFR 1917.45(b)(2): The manufacturer's design or rated loads for the conditions of use were exceeded:    a) 366 North Rhode Island Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401: On or about January 29, 2013, workers were exposed to crushing hazards when the Grove RT740B Movile Hydraulic Crane tipped over. Workers were attempting to lift a 16,000lb dredge, which exceeded the capacity of the crane, causing it to tip over into Gardner's Basin.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
