Townsend Roofing and Construction Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313877938, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2010, with respect to a workplace located a 1706 Art Museum Drive, Jacksonville Florida, 32207.    29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:    a. On or about February 27, 2013, employees cleaning up the jobsite under workers employees working aloft did not wear hard hats.
