29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i):  Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures:  (a) 150 Erford Road Camp Hill, PA - Employee(s) in building 3 room 412 were exposed to an energized electrical wiring connected to a spliced romex used to supply power for temporary lighting in a hallway approximately 6 feet 7 inches high above the door, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock on or about February 27, 2013.  (b)  150 Erford Road Camp Hill, PA -150 Erford Road Camp Hill, PA - Employee(s) in building 3 room 401 were exposed to an energized electrical wiring connected to a spliced romex used to supply power for temporary lighting in a hallway approximately 6 feet 7 inches high above the door, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock on or about February 27, 2013.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
