29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a)  On or about February 28, 2013, at the southwest side of building No. 7, two employees installing roof sheathing were not protected from a 31 feet fall hazard by the use of conventional fall protection system or alternative fall protection measures.    (b)  On or about February 28, 2013, at the southeast side of building No. 7, one employee doing framing work was not protected from a 9ft-7in fall hazard by the use of conventional fall protection system or alternative fall protection measures.
