The Nissan 80 was not taken out of service due to the following conditions:    (a) approximately 7 inches of a hydraulic fluid hose was wet with hydraulic fluid indicating a hydraulic fluid leak, the hydraulic hose was behind the mast, next to the lift cylinder     (b) a rag that tied to the lift cylinder was soaked with hydraulic fluid indicating a hydraulic fluid leak   (c) hydraulic hoses between the powered industrial fork truck backrest and the mast were frayed.
