29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) Lot #134, side of residence on Abberley Ln., Joghns Creek, GA; employees were not protected from falling approximately 19 feet from the fabricated frame scaffold working platforms to the ground by the use of a guardrail or safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
