29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii): The employer did not ensure that training provided to employees with occupational exposure met the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A) through (g)(2)(ii)(B): a. On or about February 28, 2013, the employer did not ensure that new hired employees with potential occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens while taking care of the residents were trained at initial of assignment as required by 20 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A), in that the training was provided within 90 days of initial employment as it was a Health Department requirement. b. On or about February 28, 2013, the employer did not ensure that current employees with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens while taking care of residents were trained annually on bloodborne pathogens as required on 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(B), in that training was provided only one time.
