This condition exposed employees to potential urinary tract and bladder infections and renal damage.

29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage:  On or about February 27, 2013, and times prior to, at the facility located at 921 East Douglas Street in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, there was an excessive accumulation of store items, boxes, storage containers, etc. stored in the back stockroom and aisleway.  This condition exposed employees to fire and falls from the same elevation.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):  Exit routes were not free and/or unobstructed.  Materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:    On or about February 27, 2013, and times prior to, at the facility located at 921 East Douglas Street in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the designated exit door located in the back stockroom was obstructed and blocked by a rolltainer.  This condition exposed employees to impeded egress in the event of an immediate emergency.    The Dollar General Store was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314300492, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on September 2, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 405 East Braker Lane in Austin, Texas.

29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(i): Receptacle(s) used for putrescible solid or liquid waste or refuse were not equipped with tight fitting cover(s) necessary to maintain sanitary conditions:  On or about February 27, 2013, and times prior to, at the facility located at 921 East Douglas Street in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the waste containers in the Men and Ladies restrooms were not covered.  This condition exposed employees to bacterial infections.
