29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):   a) Feed mixing area: On February 21, 2013, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to nip points from a feed mixer that did not have a guard on the belt or chain drives.   b) West side grain grinder: On February 21, 2013, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to nip points from a conveyor auger belt drive that did not have the cover on.   c) Receiving area: On February 21, 2013, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to nip points from conveyor auger belt drive that did not have the cover on.    d) Pellet Mill: On February 21, 2013, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to nip points from a pulley drive that did not have the cover on.     Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
