29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):     Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded.    a.  At the work site, an electrician running wiring to a breaker box in the storeroom had to remove two ladders that were leaned against it.  The employer did not ensure that the working space was not being used for storage.      The Dollar General 12340 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315978684, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1001 Fischer Boulevard, Toms River, NJ  08753.    This citation was a repeat from  OSHA inspection number 314300492, citation number 01, number o1, issued on 08/11/2010 with final order date of 12/07/2010    The Dollar General 4965 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311879084, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 2315 West 12th Street, Erie, PA   16505.
