29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers.       (a) Poudre Valley Air of Northern Colorado, 901 Riverside Avenue, Fort Collins, CO:  On and prior to March 1, 2013, the  employer did not ensure the two Dynamometer pits measuring approximately 17 feet by 11 feet by 17 inches deep were covered or equipped with barrier guards to prevent workers from accidentally stepping or tripping into.       Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is not required for this item.
