29 CFR 1910.178(f)(1): The storage and handling of liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel fuel was not in accordance with NFPA Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code (NFPA No. 30-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.    a) Shepitex, LLC, 15 Park Drive, Franklin, NJ 07416.      The employer had seven unsecured Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) fuel tanks for powered industrial trucks on the floor by the exit route.       Condition(s) noted on or about 3/1/2013.
