29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   Employees replacing the roof on a 2 story house located at 132 N Quentin, Wichita, KS 67208 with a 12 in 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of 25 feet eave to ground in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees.
