29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide an effective training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Construction Site: On or about March 06, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately fourteen feet to the ground below while installing vapor barrier due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards. b) Construction Site: On or about March 06, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately ten feet to the ground below while working in and around unguarded window openings due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards. c) Construction Site: On or about March 06, 2013, and at times prior thereto, as the controlling employer, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately ten feet to the ground below while working in and around unguarded floor opening due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards.
