29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:     a) On or about 03/04/13, at 575A Bromon Drive, Aguadilla, PR, in the mechanic's library, a relocatable power tap was not connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.     b) On or about 03/04/13, at 575A Bromon Drive, Aguadilla, PR, in the mechanic's library, an uninterruptible power supply was not connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.     c) On or about 03/04/13, at 575A Bromon Drive, Aguadilla, PR, in the GSE office area, a ground-fault circuit interrupter was not installed in all 125-volt, single phase, 15-and 20-ampere receptacles installed within 6 feet or 1.8 meters of the outside edge of a sink.       PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    On or about 03/04/13, at 575A Bromon Drive, Aguadilla, PR, in the GSE office area, a flexible cord was used in lieu of permanent wiring to service a relocatable power tap.    PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
