(a) South side, new residential construction located at 1046 Old Canton Road, Marietta, GA 30068: Employee installing SEM Plank Siding on a pump jack scaffold system was exposed to falls of approximately 14' to the ground when mid and side guardrails were not erected along all open sides of the aluminum work platform.
