29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     On or about March 7, 2013, four employees working along an unprotected edge of the second level residential construction were installing a wall frame without utilizing a proper fall protection system. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11-feet 10-inches to the floor below.
