29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguards designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting) must be in proper working order at all times. a) Office south hall- On or about March 6, 2013, an exit sign designed to protect employees during an emergency was not illuminated during normal operation. b) Workfloor west wall- On or about March 6, 2013, an exit sign designed to protect employees during an emergency was not illuminated during normal operation. c) Vehicle repair shop- On or about March 6, 2013, an exit sign designed to protect employees during an emergency was not illuminated during normal operation. d) Office center area- On or about March 6, 2013, an emergency light designed to protect employees during an emergency did not illuminate when the test button was pushed, which would not provide the required illumination for employee egress in the event of emergency power loss.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Workfloor - On or about March 6, 2013, the electrical circuit breaker panel that services the office area was blocked with materials and racking which restricts the access to this panel.
