29 CFR 1926.701(b): All Protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  Construction site: On or about March 5, 2013, employees performing cement work in the back yard next to the building located at 4811 115th Street; were exposed to protruding steel form rods (rebar) which were not guarded. This condition exposed employees to an impalement hazard.
