29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:      JOB SITE: 13701-13705 La Malone Court, Saint Louis, MO 63128, at this work site, two (2) workers were on top of a 6:12 pitch roof, actively installing new roof shingles, operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection.  The workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard.    The JEFFCO GUTTERING & SIDING, INC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316090414 citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 1/26/2012, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/03/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 11808 Old Saint Charles Road, Bridgeton, MO, 63123.    The JEFFCO GUTTERING & SIDING, INC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315430355 citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 7/12/2011, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/5/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 8805 Woodpark Drive, Sunset Hill, MO, 63127.
