29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    (a) On or about February 28, 2013, TKC Construction, as a controlling contractor, did not protect employees from falls while working from a pump jack scaffold where they were exposed to a potential fall hazard of approximately 13 feet, created by missing mid rails and guard rails at the ends of the scaffold and the wooden 2x10 used as an extension to the scaffold.
