29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or safety monitoring system.      a) On or about 03-07-2013 on building #3842 rooftop (flat roof) was being repaired, shingles being replaced, the use of fall protection was not enforced by the employer, exposing employee to a 8 foot 6 inches fall hazard.
