29 CFR 1910.24(b):     Fixed stairs were not provided for access from one structure level to another where operations necessitated regular travel between levels, and for access to operating platforms at any equipment which requires attention routinely during operations:    On or about March 7, 2013 and times prior thereto, employees are required to step up onto a conveyor to access the work station on the north side of the resaw station.  The step distance is approximately 31 inches without the aid of a fixed stair subjecting the employee to slip, trip and fall hazards.
