On or about March 07, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, Flexible cords were connected in series (daisy-chained) from: One flexible cord to another flexible cord along the warehouse metal roof trusses, to energize approximately 35 drop-down pendants, to energize electrical hand-held tools such as the heat sealer and hand sander etc. c. On or about March 07, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, Flexible cords were connected in series (daisy-chained) from: One flexible cord (drop-down pendant) to another flexible cord (drop-down pendant) along the warehouse metal roof trusses, to energize the pedestal-mounted grinder and pedestal-mounted drill press. d. On or about March 07, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, eleven employees were dispensing Class 1A, 1B & 1C flammables (Toluene, Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone, Paint, Epoxy & Primer etc.) from a metal drum, which was located near a wall-mounted electrical outlet/junction box. The outlet/junction box, which was not approved/rated for storage/dispensing atmosphere, was supplying electrical power to the cord-and-plug type drum roller/mixer machine. IN THE ALTERNATIVE: 29 CFR 1910.307(c)(2)(i): Equipment in hazardous (classified) location(s) was not approved for the ignitable or combustible properties of the specific gas, vapor, dust, or fiber that was or could be present: a. On or about March 07, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, eleven employees were dispensing Class 1A, 1B & 1C flammables (Toluene, Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone, Paint, Epoxy & Primer etc.) from a metal drum, which was located near a wall-mounted electrical outlet/junction box. The outlet/junction box, which was not approved/rated for storage/dispensing atmosphere, was supplying electrical power to the cord-and-plug type drum roller/mixer machine.
