29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:       a) Chemical Storage Room - There was no eye wash station capable of providing fifteen minutes of continuous flushing where corrosive sanitizing products including, but not limited to Chlorine Dioxide, RMC F-130 Plus Chlorinated Low Foam Cleaner (NaOH, KOH), RMC HLC-3200 Plus New and Improved (NaOH, KOH), and RMC Super Lime-SOL, Liquid Phosphoric Acid Foam Cleaner (50% phosphoric acid) were dispensed. On or about 3/19/13.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.
