29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: (Construction Reference 1926.103)  (a) Worksite - Laborers wore MSA model half-face respirators equipped with P100 cartridges to protect against their being exposed to dust and dirt while conducting underpinning operations in the basement. Appendix D information was not reviewed with and provided to the employees permitted to use respirators, on or about March 12, 2013.  (b) Worksite- Laborers wore MSA Harmful Dusts masks to protect against their being exposed to dust and dirt while conducting underpinning operations in the basement. Appendix D information was not reviewed with and provided to the employees permitted to use the dust mask respirators, on or about March 12, 2013.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
