29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1):  Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:    (a)  At the construction site, Alvin Shopping Center Phase II, 162 North Highway 35 Bypass, Alvin, Texas, on or about March 8, 2013 - A 10 inch Rigid Table Saw, serial number 2113683701, model number R4510, was not guarded by an adjustable hood that enclosed the portion of the saw blade above the table, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
