29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   The JAMES ROOFING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312352735, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at "5620 "R" Street, Little Rock, AR 72207."   On or about March 12, 2013, at the construction site located at 1401 Calvary Road, N. Little Rock, AR  72116, the employer did not ensure employees working and walking on the top of a 6:12 pitch roof, approximately 12 feet above a lower level used a fall protection system, exposing employees to the hazard of falling to the ground below.
