29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program:     On or about March 21st, 2013, at the washing/sorting auto-line machine area of the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not perform monitoring when employees were found to be at 85.2 dBA time-weighted average (TWA) during a sampling time of 360 minutes.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time (120 minutes).
