29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii): Repairs or replacements were not provided promptly as needed for safe operation.     a) Alliance Overhead Scrap Crane X-76 S -    1. Employees riding on the cranes's platforms attempting to adjust and repair the brakes were exposed to a fall hazard while walking on the bridge along an unprotected length of platform that runs parallel to bridge conductors and a stationary bumper stop.     2. Employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by injuries from overhead loads in that the brakes on this crane were not functioning properly.                                                                   On or about March 13, 2013.        EVRAZ Inc. NA was previously cited for a similar violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313718785, citation number 1 item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 2100 S. Freeway, Pueblo, CO 81004.
