Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that the electrical equipment associated to the Line's glue machine, near the offline glue line, was not guarded or arranged so that platforms were not set on the conductors. b) Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. - Bowling Green, Ohio: On or about March 14, 2013, flexible cords and conductors which were arranged on the floor, under and around Line #5 portable platforms, were exposed to physical damage. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that the electrical equipment associated to the Line's glue machine, near the leg elastic station, was not guarded or arranged so that platforms were not set on the conductors.
