29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about March 14, 2013, on the 5600 block of 110th Street, two employees were operating a cut-off saw without any form of eye protection. This condition exposed the employees to potential eye injuries.
