29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in wet locations were not weatherproof:  a) Dietary Department, a duplex box under the counter near the dishwasher was construction grade, with break-tab openings, and non-gasketed surfaces.  The box was not approved for usage in wet areas as defined by NFPA 70 National Electrical Code, on or about March 15, 2013.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
