Ogden Newspaper of PA Inc. dba Times Observer - On or about 3/18/13, the company was using a clamp attachment on the front of the Yale propane forklift (Model #GLC050TGNUAE084).  The forklift plate did not identify the clamp attachment.   The clamp is used to transfer rolls of newsprint paper.
