29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(2)(i):  Engineering and work practice controls shall be used to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. Where occupational exposure remains after institution of these controls, personal protective equipment shall also be used.  a)  On March 20, 2013 and at times prior; the employer exposed employee(s) to bloodborne pathogen hazards that would cause disease by not providing safety engineered needles for use in the facility.
