Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access.   a) At the work site, medical records room (F wing); the exit access was 24 inches wide at all points; on or about 5/1/13.  Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
