Violation observed on or about December 5, 2012 b. 1713 Springfield Avenue, Maplewood, NJ - West side of building, adjacent to Tuscan Street Employees were observed performing masonry (stucco) activities from a welded tubular frame scaffold that was not fully planked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
