Violation observed on or about December 5, 2012    b. 1713 Springfield Avenue, Maplewood, NJ - West side of building, adjacent to Tuscan Street    Employees were observed performing masonry (stucco) activities from a welded tubular frame scaffold that was not fully planked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. LLC, was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 383985285, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, Issued on September 20, 2010, and became final order on June 3, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1139 Raritan Road, Clark, NJ 07066.     Worldwide Company, Inc., DBA Three Brothers Co.
