29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):     A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    (a) Employee's working from a truck mounted aerial basket were not wearing safety harnesses and lanyards attached to the boom or basket.      The Alpha Neonx Sign & Lighting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 542599, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 4th, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at S76W17871 Janesville Rd., Muskego, WI 53150.    The Alpha Neonx Sign & Lighting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 98080, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on November 8th, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 611 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee WI 53203.
