29 CFR 1910.23(a)(2): Ladderway floor opening(s) or platform(s) were not guarded by a standard railing with standard toeboard(s) on all exposed sides (except at the entrance to opening) with passage through the railing either provided with a swinging gate or so offset that a person could walk directly into the opening:  On or about Wednesday March 20, 2013 in the main production area at 303 Industrial Drive Warrenton, GA 30828;  A guardrail system was not installed on the metal platforms used by the employees to check sensors and to check the equipment feeding the pellet material. Exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet 2 inches.   1). The air cooled zone machine platform with missing guardrails exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to 7 feet 9 inches.  2). The water cooled zone machine platform with missing guardrails exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet 2 inches.
