29 CFR 1910.303(c)(3)(i):   Conductors were not spliced or joined with splicing devices identified for the use or by brazing, welding, or soldering with a fusible metal or alloy.   All splices and joints and the free ends of conductors were not covered with an insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device identified for the purpose.    a) On or about 3/20/13 on Line # 8; the splice or joint on the cord set being used to supply power to the Dewalt saw ( model DW304P) was covered with black tape.    No Abatement Certification
