OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to the hazard of using unapproved polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) pipe in compressed air piping systems: (a) On or about 3/21/2013 - Machine shop area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from potential failure of unapproved PVC pipe used in compressed air systems.
