29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented.    This violation occurred on March 19, 2013, at a work site located at 8424 SandHill Crane Drive, Fort Worth, Texas; at least seven employees, who were walking and working from the roof of a new bank building, were not protected from falling to the lower level by use of guardrail or personal fall arrest system.
