29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: On or about March 25, 2013, the concrete floor in the Stock Room showed signs of damage at the beginning of the conveyor and near the exit door. Employees were subject to injury as they were required to bring compacted cardboard on rolling totes over the damaged floor, out the exit door to a holding area in the parking lot.
