29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) 200 Swedeland Road King of Prussia, PA, First Level, Near West Entrance/Exit -- On or about March 13, 2013,  employees were conducting mechanical installation work from an elevated working surface, with an unguarded edge that was no less than 13 feet above a lower level, without any means of fall protection.
