29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15):     Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) west side - an employee was exposed to a fall of 20 feet while he was installing the truss facia board. The employee was sitting on the truss, on or about 3/22/13.    b) west side - an employee was exposed to a fall of 10 feet 4 inches while he was installing 2x4's on the trusses. The employee was standing on 6 inch beams, on or about 3/22/13.
