29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Sanding Room:                   1) The shafts and spindle ends of the wire brush/buffing machine were not guarded.     Punch Room:                   1) The tables of the two Amada Punch Machines were not provided with barriers to prevent operators from being struck at the front side of the machine and was not blocked off at the back on the room side.     Press Brake Room:                    1)  The Wysong Press Brake used as a flattener was not guarded.
