29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.    a)  4307 Wade Green Rd, Acworth, GA: Employees installing a metal seam roof, were exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 17-feet, as no approved means of fall protection was in use.     Proctor & Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 832761, citation number 1, item number 2, and was and was affirmed as a final order on 02/20/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3070 Mayfield Rd in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
