NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

The Jehu Garcia dba EMPA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312645724, Citation number 1, Item number 1(a) issued on 2/26/09 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/20/2009.
